Refund policy

100% Replacement Guarantee

We offer replacement in the following cases:

  • Product is damaged or defective
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Wrong size received
  • Wrong color or style received
  • Missing or incorrect quantity

In such cases, the item will be replaced with a new product as per your preference, subject to availability.


Size Exchange

We offer easy size exchange.

  • Request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact

Exchange Policy Terms

  • First exchange: Free
  • Second exchange: ₹200 charge applicable

If a second exchange is required, the product must be self-shipped by the customer.


How to Request Exchange

  • Go to the “Return / Exchange” section on our website
  • Enter your Order ID and registered email
  • Select the product and preferred size or variant
  • Submit your request

Once approved, reverse pickup will be arranged (first exchange only).


Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product
  • Wrong item delivered

We do not accept returns for preference, dislike, or fit issues.


Conditions for Acceptance

  • Product must be unused and unwashed
  • Tags must be intact
  • Product must be returned in original packaging
  • Requests must be raised within the allowed time

Products not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.


Important Notes

  • We provide reverse pickup only for the first exchange
  • For second exchange, customer must self-ship the product
  • We do not offer exchange or returns outside India

COD Orders

Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer or UPI


Refund Type

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or via store credit, depending on the case

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • To cancel, email us with your Order ID and registered email

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
