We deliver across India.

• Metro cities: 2–4 working days after dispatch
• Rest of India: 5–8 working days after dispatch

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days.

• Prepaid Orders: Free Shipping
• Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹100 additional charge

Order Delivery

Once your order is marked as delivered, it is considered successfully delivered.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery:

• Please check with neighbors, security, or reception (if applicable)

If you still cannot locate your order, contact us via email within 24 hours of delivery status.

Address Changes

• Address changes are not possible after dispatch
• If a shipment is returned due to incorrect/incomplete address, re-shipping charges will be applicable

Failed Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful and the order is returned to us:

• Prepaid Orders: We will attempt re-shipping once
• COD Orders: Re-shipping will be done only after confirmation from the customer
